Which photos give the most convincing duo?
Sharp, front-facing pictures in even light, a single person in each, with nothing over the face: no sunglasses, masks or heavy filters. When a face comes out wrong, swap in a sharper picture of that person and render again; every render is charged on its own.

Is the video ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts?

Do I lose credits when a render fails?
No. A failed render returns its credits to your balance on its own. A video that rendered successfully is not refunded, so look at the examples first.
Can I put someone else’s face in the duo?
Only with their consent. Everyone pictured should have said yes, minors need a guardian’s approval, and public figures may not be used to make a video look real.
What about leftover credits and refunds?
When you buy credits once as a pack, they never expire. Monthly plan credits stay valid for 35 days; a cancelled plan stays active until the billing period you paid for ends. Refunds for untouched packs are possible within 14 days.
